Before Booking

Schedule your appointments for your days off or after work, when you are not busy and can relax afterwards.

Avoid operating machinery, signing legal documents, or doing similar activities.

Make personal change something to look forward to—you’re making positive improvements.

Before your first appointment, please make sure you’ve completed and returned the Client Intake Form, and read the privacy policy and Q&As. They cover important information, including what to do if we lose our online connection, cancellations and session termination, professional obligations, and more. It’s best to be well informed.

Safeguard
Your Privacy And Empower Yourself

Telehealth support: Would you prefer to rely on an AI chatbot for therapy, or receive genuine, face-to-face help online, backed by a duty of care and a clear end goal?

Set Yourself Up For SUCCESS

Before your scheduled appointment, ensure that young children and pets are cared for to reduce interruptions.

Make sure you’ve eaten, been to the toilet, and have a cool drink nearby, and won't be distracted by your mobile phone.

Sit comfortably in a room by yourself, where you won't be overheard—so you can speak freely and confidently.

To ensure your privacy, we strongly recommend wearing earbuds, earphones, or headphones.

Be prepared and REALISTIC

To succeed in your change journey, it is essential to adopt an open-minded attitude and demonstrate a strong commitment to the change process.
