What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural process similar to daydreaming or focused attention. Everyone experiences hypnosis differently, and there are no right or wrong ways. Directing your attention inward can create a mindset that facilitates change.
Hypnosis is the vehicle for creating a mindset to focus on what you want to achieve; it's not mind control. You will not reveal your secrets or perform any unwanted actions. 
Hypnotherapy sessions with me mean you're problem-solving, making decisions, planning the necessary actions, and previewing your desired outcome.
