You must be alone in a closed room at home without any disturbances.

Arrange for supervision of young children during appointments to minimize distractions.

Ensure your phone is temporarily on silent mode to avoid interruption.

Be visible on camera sitting comfortably, preferably wearing headphones/earphones.

Everyday sounds in and around your home and my office are okay.

Online therapy is just as effective and more convenient than in-person sessions.
