Appointments are via Zoom, making fitting a session into your day easier.
I'll email you the Zoom Link on the day of your session.
You must be alone in a closed room at home without any disturbances.
Arrange for supervision of young children during appointments to minimize distractions.
Ensure your phone is temporalily on silent mode to avoid interruptions.
Be visible on camera sitting comfortably, preferably wear headphones/earphones.
If we lose internet connection, call or text me to reconnect or reschedule.
Everyday sounds in and around your home and my office are okay.
Online therapy is just as effective and more convenient than in-person sessions.
