The number of sessions depends on what you're working through and how deep the issue runs. Some people feel a shift after just two or three sessions, while others may need a few more. We’ll regularly check in on your progress to make sure you're getting the support you need without dragging things out.
No — you’ll be fully conscious the entire time. BWRT® and hypnotherapy aren’t about “losing control.” You’ll hear everything I say and stay completely aware, relaxed and in charge of your experience.
No, you don’t need a referral to see me. You can simply reach out and book a session when you’re ready. I’ll let you know if your situation would benefit from support from your GP or other professionals, but most clients can get started right away.
